Our powerful form based enrolment system that enables customers to create their own forms and process them. FormCap is optimized for travel and ID documents but opens to any single or multi-page document.

Description:

With Formcap Data capture from any form and format has never been easier. Using FormDesigner a sample form is scanned; the user places hotspots on the form and assigns an action to each hotspot. The result, a FormTemplate is used on each form scanned to perform the defined actions over the designed hotspots. The user interface of FormCapture guides the operator in an interactive mode thru the post processing of the form; adjusting, fine-tuning, correcting or completing the form and its assigned actions in the most intuitive way. FormCap holds no limitations to templates, hotspots and actions. It provides versatile capturing of data from passport/ID applications to ten-print cards for fingerprint systems and total enrollment for registers.

Limitless Forms

There is no limit to the size and shape of a form that can be processed. Form Capture is scanner independent and supports various types and models; Forms can also be loaded and
processed from any storage media, batch or in online mode.

Post Processing Workflow

Post processing of forms permits the correction/manual entry of textual data; the confirmation of all captured images and performs various forms of quality assurances of the data objects.

QFace - Quality Assurance

The usage of QFace guarantees that the photo stored in the database follows the ISO and ICAO standards and recommendations and is therefore suitable for automated facial recognition and verification and the usage in e-passports
