A solution to quality assure travel and ID documents after personalization using machine readable data, biometrics, chip information, register data and security features. Description: QDoc is a freely configurable software solution for auditing and ensuring the quality and authenticity of identification & travel documents as they are produced and can be integrated in an Issuance / Production System, Standalone or as Browser Based Web - Application. It is Passport Reader independent and works with any full page passport reader that can scan documents with various light sources and a built in RFID reader. QDoc goes far beyond the mere reading and quality assurance of ICAO documents by letting the user define for each document an unlimited number of security checks to be performed over the ICAO LDS, Document data, RFID chip and MRZ. Optional QDoc can write data onto the chip without removing the passport from the reader, depending on the functionality of the full page passport reader and can be integrated into our stock control system SCS. Key Features: Architecture • Service Orientated • Rich Client paradigm • Truly scalable • Developed on best-fit platforms • Based on standards Quality Assured E-Passport support over the ICAO´s LDS and Comprehensive Quality checks. QA Security Features verification match: database vs hotspot (visual pattern matching), database vs. water mark (visual pattern matching + pre processing), database vs hologram (visual pattern matching + pre processing), database vs RFID chip, database vs 2D barcode. QA Signature signature in database, size check, dimensions, stroke strength. QA RFID Chip Basic Access Control check, Passive Authentication check, Active Authentication check QA of Picture dimensions check, ICAO face checks QA Data Integrity data stored on document against data in database: picture: picture vs database, picture vs personal data (1:1; if image belongs to data), personal data: OCR front vs OCR back, OCR front / back vs Database, MRZ: MRZ vs database, MRZ vs personal data, MRZ check --> ICAO compliance; 2D barcode, 1D barcodes, RFID chip, contact chip Face Verification 1:1 printed photo to Stored Photo on the RFID chip with the face recognition engine from Cognitec QA Readability Check data should be machine readable according to the ICAO standards for MRZ documents: 2D barcode readability, 1D barcodes, RFID chip, contact chip QA of Printing color check, ink intensity check, location check, line spacing, personal data, picture, signature, security feature (Concomitance of all features), MRZ, quality readability check, element check laminate, UV, etc.) Comprehensive report and statistics: QA data can be retrieved, utilized and processed to obtain a comprehensive record and follow-up instructions like “destruction” of wrong documents
